Nothing shouts spring more than pedicabs peddling tourists around the Mall. Bikers with their suspiciously good vibes and incredibly toned legs earn a buck in a form of ecological masochism. That is the case of this fellow, who just rode a plump couple up one of the steepest hills in the city: 13th St NW next to Cardozo high school. They need to turn that Ipad around and snap a splendid view of the capitol.
