Man of Žilina
Man of Žilina is an animated comic that explores the multiple dimensions of loneliness taking post-apocalyptic Žilina as a background. In Man of Žilina, our protagonist, a sculpture designed by Hungarian artist István Csákány for the Stanica Cultural Center, comes to life. He wanders isolated streets, signifying the often-solitary pursuit of cultural practice in central Europe. The animation was originally displayed at the exhibition Frejm baj Frejm, curated by Daniela Krajčová.
